SHINE Executive Coaching & Consultancy strengthens organisations at their core — clarifying strategic focus, transforming governance, enabling system‑wide collaboration and building cultures where people, partnerships and purpose can thrive. Here are some of the ways we can help you and your team to shine:

Strategic consultancy

We partner with leaders and executive teams to sharpen strategic direction, tackle complex governance, operational and cultural challenges, and define the value and impact they want to achieve. Our consultancy model is practical, collaborative, and outcomes‑driven. We design and facilitate workshops and programmes that align leaders around shared priorities, surface and resolve difficult issues, and build the frameworks, metrics, and narrative required to demonstrate impact. Whether the task is setting a new organisational strategy, managing change, developing a compelling investment case, or uniting partners behind a common ambition, we provide the structure, challenge, and expertise to accelerate progress.

Leadership development

Strong organisations are built on impactful leadership at every level. We design and deliver leadership development and talent finding programmes that build capability, confidence, and resilience within and across teams. Our approach is practical and grounded in real experience. We draw on a blend of coaching, facilitation, and structured learning to create programmes that are engaging, relevant, and focused on defining and realising impact. We work with you to understand your context and tailor our approach to what you and your teams need to drive change. We work with partners to support your executive search and talent finding needs, locally and globally.

Executive coaching

Leadership can be rewarding and demanding in equal measure. Our executive coaching programmes provide a confidential space for senior leaders to reflect, challenge their thinking, and develop the clarity and confidence to enjoy leading well.We work with Boards, executives and leaders across the public, life sciences and tech sectors. Our coaching is informed by decades of lived leadership experience — we understand the pressures, trade-offs, and realities of senior roles in highly regulated sectors and complex partnerships because we have been there ourselves.
